Ok. Lots of errors there. That can happen for a couple of reasons, but usually it's because the "favicon-generator" directory isn't writable by PHP. If there isn't already a directory called "uploads" inside the "favicon-generator" directory go ahead and create one. Make sure this folder has permissions set to 777.
